  4. In the event of an accidental service selection and payment error, please create a support ticket under the “Payment Error” category. Our support team will promptly review and process your refund request. This category should be selected if you mistakenly purchased a service term that differs from your intended choice, such as selecting a year when you meant to buy a 3-month service.
  5. Refund requests for accounts expiring beyond a 7-day timeframe will not be accepted.
